While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts,
personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count
is not allowed. No site privilidges are linked
to the number of posts.
Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum Email
and Private Message system to spam other members.
We also do not allow posts that are sexual, racist, or deemed inappropriate for the church forum
in nature or violate decency and community standards.
ADMIN, and or, a Forum Moderator shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does
not violate decent community standards.
We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other
intellectual property violations are not allowed.
Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
Members who have lost their passwords can ask that it be retrieved and sent to their registered E-mail address.
If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also
post an English Translation of your post.
As these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything.
Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are
not disrupted or abused in any way.
You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for
a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.
You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests unless approved by a Moderator.
Belfast Spiritualist Church cannot be held responsible for any THIRD PARTY
contest, draws, lotteries etc, that have been approved.
Admin / Moderators reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules,
as access to our support forums are a privilege and not a right. Banning will be by I.P. address.
Any threads/posts of these types will be deleted.
Advertising Services and Solicitation
We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to
users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations
that are not related, and have been approved by to the BELFAST SPIRITUALIST CHURCH.
Belfast Spiritualist Church cannot be held for any THIRD PARTY goods, advice, pricing, or service
obtained from any Third Party.
Explicit advertising and solicitating in signatures is also prohibited.
Links in Signatures
Links in signatures must follow these guidelines:
Linking to a commercial product/service is allowed, provided it has been
approved by a Senior Moderator or Admin. Blatant disregarding of this will
result in an immediate account suspension, pending investigation.
Promotional text for a commercial product or service is ok, provided there are
no price(s) of product(s) or service(s) listed provided the listed items are approved by
Belfast Spiritualist Church.
A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain product(s)
and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site is not sexual or does not violate Forum community standards.
Admin and Moderators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
(Examples include sites about drugs and/or sex.)
Signatures MUST NOT include images that are linked to offsite image pages ie: Zwinky, gdpit, Photobucket etc.
Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed.
Avatars
Animated avatars are allowed. However innapropriate Avatars can and will be removed from user profiles by ADMIN.
Avatars that may be confused with official staff avatars are not allowed.
Avatars MUST NOT include images that are linked to offsite image pages ie: Zwinky, gdpit, Photobucket etc.
Signature Size Limits
Please !!! dont make them too long - No Sigs over 225 characters.
Animated images in a signatures are not allowed
These rules are applicable to ALL forum users without exception, those disregarding the rules will have
their account suspended/blocked and if chosen ALL posts removed instantly without notice.
